The Kitchen Staff role is central to the smooth operation of Panini Mondo’s food preparation area. This behind-the-scenes position focuses on preparing fresh ingredients for all menu items, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and upholding high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Key responsibilities include:

• Portioning ingredients, and preparing fillings to support efficient service.

• Monitoring inventory, receiving deliveries, and restocking supplies to ensure consistent availability of ingredients.

• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment in line with hygiene and safety regulations.

• Ensuring all prepared items meet Panini Mondo’s quality standards before they reach the customer.

• Previous kitchen hand or culinary experience is essential - this position is Full Time and applicants will be subject to trial before hire.

Employees will assist with food prep, and ensures a clean workspace. Key responsibilities include assembling sandwiches, handling customer orders, operating a cash register, maintaining food safety standards, and restocking ingredients. This role often involves working in a fast-paced environment and may require previous food service experience.
